Give-A-Kid-A-SUITCASE

Our newest program is designed around the mission that no child should have to use a garbage bag or cardboard box to carry their cherished possessions to their next foster placement. Often children entering or moving within foster care can be transitioned without warning and are placed with new foster families with little to no personal items, a toy or two for comfort, and most likely without something sound to carry future items within as they find more permanent families and housing. This program seeks to remedy that by supplying children facing this scenario with the personal items they need customized to their age and clothing sizes and a suitcase to carry them in while moving within foster care.
